Hi, I’m Breann Starr Love
My devotion to the work of love and sexuality began more than twenty five years ago through my own longing for deep partnership and the ache to understand why love and sex can feel so natural and magical, yet so hard and painful to sustain. Like many of the people I serve, my search for a soulmate became the doorway into a lifelong exploration of intimacy, truth, desire, attachment, sex, embodied awareness, and what truly gets in the way of being met by the love of our dreams.
Along the way, I came to see that the blocks we face in relationship and sex are rarely about the other person or surface-level issues. More often, they live in the body, in our nervous systems, our early imprints, our protective strategies, and the places we learned to guard our hearts in order to survive. This truth shaped both my personal healing and my professional path.
I have immersed myself in the study and practice of somatic psychology, relational embodiment, and sexuality-based healing. My work is informed by Hakomi, Somatica, and Sexological Bodywork and Somatic Sex Education, nervous-system-based trainings and direct client experience, alongside the greatest teacher I know: my own lived curriculum in relationships and sexuality. Through devotion, disillusionment, heartbreak, healing, and returning to myself again and again, this work has been and continues to be shaped from the inside out.
